Venture meeting (Real)

Dear ventures,

In continuation of the last "virtual" meeting, there will be a proper meeting this coming friday at the 27th march.
Please do bring the venture record book or test card.
Try not to be late. Causes much inconvenience.

Agenda as follows:
1)Finalised venture t-shirt design
2)Date to order shirt(s)
3)Plan for venture program for 2009

And one of the ventures, please print a hard copy of a calandar for 2009 for a draft for programs.
Any leaders are welcome to come.
