Follow up on REFLECTION CAMP

PLEASE TAKE NOTE!

1) SMEs
The files to be sent over is too big. So I will thumb it out and pass to you guys personally. Chairman, can i have a list stating who is in charge of what? Once i get the list, i will brief each guys individually.

2) Reflection upon reflection camp
Please take note, from now on, after every events/activities, please do a reflection and submit to the scibe within one week of that event. Things to reflect: what are your learning points, what went well/was good, what did not go so well/was bad, what can be improved. Scribe, please chase aft them. Zip into a file, send to me. Thanx. Please label the file in this format, 'Reflection Camp (Andrew)'. This will be a practice for all other events.

3) Admin
Dear scribe, please touched up all the necessary admin work. I will find a day to check everything. Please include the venture 10 also.

4) Keeping the leaders in loop
All please take note, whatever activities you are taking part, please inform the VSL and AVSLs in the loop and also the chairman. Just send a email to inform us can already.
